If you are using ShowForm on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Shopify store credentials and any activity that occurs under your ShowForm account.
Lawful Use
You agree not to use ShowForm for any illegal purposes or to distribute malware, phishing forms, or any content that violates Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.
Data Accuracy
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our service and keep this information updated at all times.
Integration Compliance
As a Shopify merchant, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of ShowForm complies with all local e-commerce and privacy laws.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content: All software, designs, logos, and trademarks associated with ShowForm are the exclusive property of QbyteSoft. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your Shopify store.
Your Content: You retain all rights to the data, text, and images you upload through ShowForm. By using the service, you grant QbyteSoft a license to host and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
4. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ShowForm at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, QbyteSoft, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply uninstall the application from your Shopify Admin panel.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QbyteSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of ShowForm.
