Getting Started
Learn how to install ShowForm and build your very first storefront form in minutes.

1. Install the App
Search for 'ShowForm' in the Shopify App Store and click 'Install'. This will add the builder dashboard to your store's admin panel.

2. Choose a Template
Select 'New Form' from the dashboard. Start with a Blank template or pick one of our pre-built merchant presets (Wholesale, Contact, Job Application, or Survey).

3. Place on Storefront
Go to your Shopify Online Store Theme Editor, add a 'ShowForm Block' section to any page, choose your form from the dropdown, and hit save.
