We collect information that you provide directly to us when you use ShowForm. This occurs when you install the Shopify app, create a form, or contact our support team.

Store name, owner name, email address, and billing information provided via the Shopify API during installation.
Form Submission Data
Content captured via forms built with ShowForm. We act as a data processor for this information on your behalf.
We also automatically collect technical information, such as IP addresses, browser types, and device information to optimize the ShowForm builder experience.
2. Use of Information
At QbyteSoft, we use the collected data to provide, maintain, and improve the ShowForm service. Specifically, information is used for:
- Ensuring the core functionality of drag-and-drop form building works seamlessly within your Shopify storefront.
- Processing transactions and sending billing-related notifications through Shopify's secure ecosystem.
- Analyzing aggregated usage patterns to prioritize feature development and performance optimizations.
- Communicating critical security updates or architectural changes that affect your forms.

We prioritize the security of your information, especially sensitive data and information received from Google APIs. We implement multiple layers of protection to ensure your data remains confidential and secure.

We enforce strict identity and access management (IAM) policies. Only authorized personnel with a legitimate business need can access stored data, and all access is logged and audited.
5. Third-Party Services & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with third-party services that are essential for providing and improving ShowForm.
Service Providers
Our backend infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which adheres to top-tier security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001). We also use trusted partners for analytics and error tracking.
Google User Data Disclosure
ShowForm's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not share Google user data with third-party tools or any other external services unless explicitly required to fulfill a user-initiated action within the app.
